Please fill out the form below completely to register in any Practical Shooting Academy class. By registering for this class, you affirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You are of legal age to participate and legally authorized to agree to these terms. (Minors under the age of legal consent must have parent or guardian participation and consent while attending class.
- You are affirming that you recognize and accept the inherent risks of firearm training.
- You are legally authorized to own and operate a firearm and are of sound mind and free from mental illness.
- You do not have a physical or medical condition that would prevent the safe operation of a firearm or have a Dr. approval if you do have a medical condition.
- You will not operate your firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, including prescription medication that would make you drowzy or impair mental clarity or judgement.
- You are affirming that you intend to use the skills taught in a legally and ethically responsible manner at all times.
- You are affirming that you understand each of these items, and if you are not sure you will seek clarification from The Practical Shooting Academy.
Class registration Details
Payment options:
- Students may register by paying a 50% deposit with any of these options-
- credit card via a secure, simple paypal “buy now” button. (Preferred)
- by calling us at 970-323-6111 or 970-258-2243 with a credit card.
- With personal check or money order mailed to: The Practical Shooting Academy, Inc. P.O. Box 630, Olathe, CO 81425
Students must pay the remainder of their balance on the first day of class (or before) via check, cash, or credit card.
Range Fees:
When PSA is using another facility for training other than on-site facilities in Montrose and Raton, NM, there is usually a separate range fee required. Cost is usually $10-$20/day and is not included in course cost unless specifically stated.
Class cancellation:
While it is extremely rare, a class may be cancelled by The Practical Shooting Academy, Inc. if minimum student registrations are not received. we recommend that you ensure that the class enrollment is good before making expensive travel arrangements.
Full tuition will be refunded in any case where PSA Inc. must cancel a class and if the class can not be rescheduled.
Students may choose between a training credit (for PSA, Inc class) or refund.
Class refunds:
Students may cancel their registration and receive a full refund if done a minimum of 90 days prior to class start, by contacting Ron Avery .
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the class start, student will still receive a full refund if they find a student to take their class seat (**student must make payment on the class before refund will be issued). Failure to find a paying student may result in forfeiture of their down payment.
Students may receive a class credit (to any PSA, Inc. program) if they experience a true emergency that prevents them from attending class (family death, emergencies or other special circumstances). A refund will not be issued.
Students who fail to notify PSA within the required time frame referenced above will not receive a refund of tuition.
