The Instructor Development course teaches the scientific shooting system methodology we use to create superior performance in minimum time in our Carbine Mastery Program. From there we shape the training for maximum deployment of the carbine in lethal force situations.
From carbine selection to proper gear and setup we show you how to maximize your students skill and comfort with the carbine and help them become confident in the use of the carbine.
Trainer skills, presentation skills, content analysis, how to conduct drills and exercises, evaluating student progress, shooter analysis and remediation are all part of this program.
The primary emphasis of this course is on trainer skill development to take back to your agency or unit that you can immediately incorporate into your existing programs.
Visit our Carbine Mastery course description for more information about what we teach in that program.
Prerequisites: Must be a full time law enforcement officer and state certified firearms instructor with credentials or active military with certified instructor status teaching non-profit firearms training.
We do not currently train for-profit instructors at this time.
While we do have certified instructor programs; this program does not certify you as an instructor. We develop your instructor skills. This offer maximum flexibility to work with you to build the skills you want to focus on and incorporate into your training program.
If you wish to do a certified instructor level program, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
